The Capitol Region Emergency Planning Council (CREPC) officially adopted by-laws on November 19, 2001 when it became a council of the Public Safety Council. Forty-one communities are located in DEMHS Region 3 and respond via the Region’s Regional Emergency Support Plan (RESP) (formerly known as the RED Plan).
